for Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, and Relational Difficulties
No human is immune from heartache, loss, fear, insecurities, and traumas big and small. I am certainly no exception. From the sudden loss of my mother at a young age to multiple cross country moves, a mid-life career change, and the stress that comes from being a husband and a father, I have experienced what we all know as LIFE. It can be painful and yet full of infinite potential. Even with life’s seemingly endless challenges, I believe, with the right support, life can be beautiful.
I have had that support throughout my journey, but not all are as lucky. Even those who have great support systems, sometimes a little extra is required. With training in cutting edge, evidence-based therapies, I strive to be that “right support” for my clients. If you’re working with me, you’re in good hands to help you weather whatever storms life throws at you.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, practicing in EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, the Townsend Method, and Relational Life Therapy both in-person and online. If you’re ready to start your wellness journey, becoming the best version of you, I can help. Hope starts here.
Shoreline Counseling and Wellness is centrally located on hwy 393 just south of hwy 98. Tucked in a private corner of professional office suites, our office is accessible by both an elevator and stairwell, and has a comfortable 2nd floor waiting area.
My goal is always to help stabilize traumatic situations, educate clients about root causes, implement therapies and strategies to improve symptoms, and empower for sustained growth and change. Many of my clients only need counseling for a season and are able to maintain their improved mental health on their own. Others are in situations that require a longer term partnership with a trusted mental health professional. Either way, my aim is to alleviate symptoms and improve quality of life.

Group therapy is a powerful tool for growth and change. Process group sessions are designed to help clients work through their challenges and develop skills for improved mental wellness.
